NEW DELHI: A 23-year-old woman died under mysterious circumstances in Krishna Nagar area of east Delhi on Sunday morning. The woman was allegedly being harassed by her husband. 

Police said prima facie it appears to be a suicide case. 

The woman, Samiksha, was found hanging from the ceiling fan of her room. She had married Naresh five years ago. Her family alleged that her in-laws had been harassing her over petty things over the past few years. 



"We have ordered an SDM probe. A case will be registered based on the recommendations of the magistrate," a police official said.
